Saw an interview during the summer where he talked about getting fit and and getting a lot more Minutes on the pitch. Seemed really focused on contributing to the team.

With Keita and Thiago out we kinda need big Shaq in these sort of games. When there is no space and you need that bit of finesse. Bet Klopp is glad he stayed now.

No point even mentioning Keita. He is a flop for us.

One thing I love about Shaq is that he never hides. Always wants to get involved. He makes our bench look so much stronger. Glad we kept him.

If we go 4-2-3-1 is there a case that he could play in the hole? Links play together and has an eye for a pass. With Bobby in the worst form of his life, I would go for Shaq in behind Jota, Mo and Sadio

He’s better off as a sub imo. Very rarely had a decent game when he starts.

I think Keita and Shaq will probably never realise their potential at a Liverpool. They just have far to many injury interruptions.

In the flip side it’s nice that they keep chipping in and giving the squad depth.

Yeah I'd be tempted to play shaq/jota now instead of firmino.

I'd rather thiago to play then shaqiri but the little lad showed the value of a proper bit of vision.

Hes such a great option to have in the squad. Was very unlucky last season with injuries. The season before that he more than played his part as an impact player.

If he can keep himself fit he will provide more moments like that. The guy has that touch of class at the top end of the pitch that we dont see from too many others in the team.

Agreed. Hope to see him co tribute game a lot more this season. Nice little connection with Jota already
