Its gonna take an escape never seen since the days of Harry Houdini to save Ole in my opinion.
Ive backed Ole all the way, trying to look at the bigger picture and will continue to do so but i feel the axe is being sharpened.
still not convinced any new manager coming in will improve things to the point that we will see massive improvements, not until other aspects of the club are sorted out.. no names need mentioning im sure.
will be interesting to see what transpires over the next month or so.. either way as a united fan ive witnessed much worse.

True. And this time there is a compelling candidate just waiting to take over

I think one of the failures of his management is trying to make too many people happy.
Some of the tactics and team selections have been ridiculous.
The team we have is best suited to play 4-3-3 in my humble opinion.

Only once since he’s had the job permanently have we won more than 2 league games in a row so there’s no evidence if he even made it to the West Brom game that we could go on a winning run.
--------------
Why would you possibly use "after he became permanent manager"?
This is why we laugh at you about having an agenda. He won games as the UTD manager, end of.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Those same people will be the first to ignore that first temporary part of the tenure to further an agenda that ‘he’s only really had one season’ etc so it works both ways.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes... some Ole in people have an agenda too (Culer is the only legitimate Ole In person though).
But that still shows that you have an agenda!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I only have one agenda. To ensure we have the best possible guy running United. Ole isn’t that guy. I doubt many people can argue strongly that he is.

And we got our best manager post SAF.
2 trophies, 2nd place, cup finals, 81 points etc
Now we’ve gone backwards since the days people at the time thought weren’t good enough and I find it very amusing.
Poch brings all the good qualities of a top manager without the 3rd season meltdown so I’m all for it. Soon you will be too.

That’s just one manager though. Pochettino is another. There’s no reason to believe he’ll leave any mess.
In fact when he walked into the Saints job it was a situation fairly similar to now. The previous manager was a bit of a fan favourite and people resisted it and he worked wonders. At Spurs he took some good players and made them much better and Spurs punched above their weight.
I do get the feeling a lot of the Poch scepticism is because I like him which is hilarious. Put some of your opinions on me to one side and appreciate what a great coach we might just be getting. Opposition fans want us to keep Ole. They don’t want us to get Poch. That must surely tell you something.

Knowing this place as it is, it’s not such a fanciful theory. ⛄️

My opinion for what it's worth.
Ole's struggling to motivate the players. Keeps chopping and changing the formation. Too much rotation, with no idea of his best 11.
Too many 'top' players who go missing in games.
Don't think he knows how to get the best out of them.
Re: Poch, think he would get more from this group of players, but until you get a decent back 4 you will continue to have problems.
