With Liverpool’s defensive issues and City’s offensive issues it might just be worth slapping down a decent wedge on Chelsea winning the title.
Their side is full of goals and seemed to have sorted their defensive issues with the Silva and Mendy signings. Ziyech might well be the signing of the season and they still have the potential of Havertz to explode into form. Werner will score a load of goals and of course Kante is a machine.
