Chilwell should be at least an 8, based on this season.

Why I would base it on 5 games when I could base it on the 100 he played for Leicester

I assume he was better than average for Leicester, otherwise why would Chelsea spend that much money on a LB?

Even if I'm wrong about how good chilwell was for Leicester, surely you can understand that "why would a club spend lots of money on him if he isn't good" isn't a very compelling argument when we have so many examples of this happening

Even Leicester fans say Chilwell wasn't that good for them when comparing him to the likes of Castagne.
