Surely some parallels to the season we went close under rodgers. Nobody fancied us, even we as fans only hoped for top 4. But we had a decent start, hung in there until the turn of the year then had a barnstorming run towards end of season, obviously falling short. I see similarities.

Its all about staying in the mix. Spurs are certainly doing that and as ive said repeatedly on here, regardless of what many think of him, mourinho is a winner, he knows how to get it done.

Still slight outsiders for me but really wouldnt be overly surprised if spurs did go all the way.

Thats fair enough mate you know your team better than me. Just one mans opinion from the outside. Spurs will grind out results with mourinho when they are needed and with our injury issues theres no way we are hitting 90+ points. Anyone who sticks a run of 8 or 9 wins together from here will be teed up perfectly

We`d walk the league if we had the same amount of help from the officials that United and Pool enjoy year on year.

I've heard a lot about him it never actually seen him play. He was excellent today defensively, nobody got the better of him, despite City being in the front foot the whole game. I'd like to see what he could do offensively, as we know that's a big part of a fullback in today's game and despite not getting much of a chance to show that part of his game today, from what I saw, I think he would be good, in that respect also. Looks a really good signing for Spurs. Based on one game and some assumptions of course.

Reguilon was unable to win any of 4 foot races with Walker throughout the match.
Neither could Bergwyjin for that matter.
Apart from that, Reguilon played very well, and did his part defensively, force Walker back several times.
He's got LB tied up for Spurs!

Problem is Automatic is just about the most clueless supporter on the Spurs board. He said Spurs would get relegated with Jose at the helm. LOL
