If he as a rival manager can publicly state he wants to "kill us" (which he did in 2010), then why do our feelings matter?

Chelsea fans never stopped loving Lampard regardless of what mourinho said. So why does mourinho not get the same treatment

If he can claim another set of fans cheering for him in 6th meant more to him then an entire stadium routinely rallying behind him, at the expense of the players, and even after he was sacked, why'll he was in 17th! Why should our feelings matter now?

So you expected the Man Utd manager at the time to say “yeah I like the United fans, but you know what, I prefer the Chelsea fans for sure. The Chelsea fans mean more to me than the United fans ever could.”
