The 2nd goal was probably the 5th times Leno conceded from parrying a shot this season alone... probably more than any other keepers in the league!

Started with a throughball that found 1 Wolves attacker against 3 of ours.
2 of our defenders proceed to close him down but they clearly weren't "touch tight".
3rd Arsenal player casually jogs back without tracking any other Wolves players overloading the box.
The Wolves player in possession notices this and quickly takes a speculative shot between the first 2 defenders as both of them clearly haven't made up their minds as to who is responsible.
Leno initially reads the flight of the ball which unfortunately takes a deflection, and still somehow manages to keep it out by getting a leg to it.
An overlapping player whose run we completely missed then ghosts into the box and somehow manages to get the ball and skip past 5 flat-footed defenders inside the box and scores.
How on earth can anyone say that this goal was Leno's fault?

Because we all know that we don't concede that goal with Martinez between the sticks. Amazing the difference an assertive keeper who can read the game excellently, makes playing in this system. Don't feel bad that you missed it. Arteta clearly has done too and he's supposedly qualified and in charge of the team.

Don't mind them...they worship Leno and don't want people to criticize him at all!

It's one thing calling Leno out on his systemic faults. And there's quite a number of those.
But it's quite unfair to single him out for blame after some of the shambolic defending on display today.

The deflection off Bellerin was tiny, he was literally moving that way anyway.
Guy keeps parry in out in the 5 yard box.

Stop blaming individual players for today, it was just as much Arteta's fault. Luiz should have been subbed off immediately, we looked shaky at the back after the head injury and it didn't take much longer for us to concede those two goals. If I recall correctly Luiz was not tight enough on the first goal and wandering in no man's land for the second.
Then for the first time he shouldn't have taken Willian off - and he did.

harsh, took a deflection his arms were going one way ball deflected changing direction another no keeps keeping hold of that from that situation, nothing else he could do but pray his def were fastest to react.

When one of the systemic faults is a direct contributor to the shambolic defending you're talking about, it's not unfair. Shambolic defending didn't really go on in front of Emi's goal. Because he was constantly vocal and organising the defenders to avoid it. The defence has gone to sh !t because it doesn't have him behind it barking instructions all game and directing players tracking back.
That said, this is all Arteta's fault anyway. Not holding anything against Leno at the moment. I will acknowledge there's a big flaw there though. Wish the manager would too and help the keeper out. He's meant to be on course to challenge for best in the world. Not being made to look overly inadequate by a dumbass system he's not actually been taught properly to play in. Which doesn't suit the strengths/weaknesses in his personal game anyway.

I think you should just all acknowledge the bit of skill and finish from Podence and then move on.

I feel that Martinez was harshly treated and left for AV.
Not sure Leno is a better keeper, Martinez did very well after the spring lockdown.

Totally agree! However, not sure if Jose could have done much with this Arsenal bunch. Spurs has a few very talented players that are enhanced by some very aggressive and enthusiastic team mates. Arsenal has a timid patch-work roster, many of whom probably do not belong in the PL. Arsenal also has a clueless manager who too often merely stands on the sidelines staring at his shoes.
