Sevilla away.
Given we've already qualified and for rotational purposes...
Lineup becomes fairly straightforward (what I want to see):
Mendy
Azpi AC Silva/Rudi Emerson
Ziyesh Jorginho Kai
Callum Giroud Pulisic
Gilmour appearance maybe (if not this one, definitely Krasnodar without any setbacks).
If fit enough to start, Gilmour would have been my ideal to start against Sevilla.
Sevilla likely to rotate as well, with match against Real Madrid straight after.
And we move on to the next...

Would like to win the group assuming top placed teams are the best. Don't want to draw a Bayen again after last season.

There's a 1 out of 4 chance of drawing Bayern, if we finish second.
In the event of finishing second I'd prefer not to play Bayern too, but not for the same reason as you.
Bored of playing the same old, same old opponents at this stage.
Dortmund or Leipzig last 16 tie preferable for me, as never played them before.
*First - Real Madrid, Juventus, Lazio, Atalanta, Porto, Atletico.
Second - Bayern, Dortmund, Barcelona, Leipzig/PSG.
*Going by current standings.
I don't think United make it through to knockout round.
Finishing first or second is actually looking immaterial, as strength of teams is near enough the same on their day.
Bayern the outlier.

I think and hope that AC is out of the loop. Tomori should be ahead of him now.
I would go for
James Rudiger Tomori Azpi
Havertz Kante Kova
CHO Werner. Pulisic

A mid 3 of Jorginho, Havertz & Ziyech would be interesting, very offensive. Kind of thing I'd only try in a situation like this where a win isn't essential mind.
Gilmour for Ziyech would be more balanced but not sure if he & Jorginho could play together, be interesting to find out though.

Crikey Jorginho would have his work cut out with Kai and Hak ahead of him
