We know many already want Ole replaced (myself included) so this question isn't for them. Its for those who currently back him to remain manager.
What would it take before Ole is replaced?
Is it waiting until top 4 is out of reach, is it a huge upset to a Fulham or WBA does he get until Woodward goes or is it at the point we have a world class 11 underperforming?
What would it take ?

How long are we're going to give Poch if things don't click straight away? Six months? A season?
Might as well put them on rolling monthly contracts and let Ed pick the team.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Some will give him less than that.
They are putting a lot of faith in a manager who has won nothing and was dumped out of Europe by the mighty Gent and Fiorentina.
It's almost as if they are picking which bits of history to remember

It would remove the 'well that'll do' vibe that's around at present.
Stretty was wrong on a lot of things in the past but hindsight showed us that he wasn't wrong in how we've just accepted a drop in standards.
In an ideal world it would be Ole leading us to these high standards.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't really get this part, tbh.
Who exactly is accepting this "drop in standards" that can do anything about it?
Unless every ST holder tears their ticket up every time we have a bad run, what more can be done? Twitter is awash with people screaming for Ole to be sacked... this that and the other player to quit etc. It's not like every defeat is peacefully accepted because it is Ole.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When I say 'we' I mean we as in the club. The club should always aspire to win titles. The drop in standards I mention is across the whole club from board to players via the manager.
I'm not going to go on Twitter calling for Ole to be sacked and kicking up a stink as I hope he can still do great things for us. I am trying to be realistic though. I don't think he will.

He's asking what difference that makes though. Things aren't suddenly going to improve because more fans decide they want a "better" manager than Solskjaer.

Ole should remain as United manager for another two full seasons, even if he misses top 4. It took years to work under Fergie, you can't just expect instant success.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why just 2 more ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because that would be more than enough to say goodbye if he doesn't win the title.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you really believe Ole will take us from where we are currently, to winning a title within 2 more seasons?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I do. He's already won 2 league titles as a manager, but people pretend he hasn't.

So if viewing figures, Internet hits, merch sales went down significantly, and fans protested (when possible) you don't think thr club would take notice?
Fans can have an influence.

Not in England though, where he has to contend with far better opposition.

It's difficult to win any league. The conditions of the game in Norway are far more difficult than in England in terms of climate. Ole is a PL winning standard of manager, he just needs time.
