I think that Arteta underrates the importance of psychology in football. Even Mustafi has the technical skills to dazzle his way through five players before curling a stunner into the top corner. All of them do. That's how you get to the premier league level.
The rest, before you get to the likes of Bergkamp, Aguero, De Bruyne is down to consistency.
Wenger had his share of faults, but he understood the importance of showing belief.

Not a good sign tbh. What was probably meant as defending the coach has ended up looking like someone trying to save his own skin.

Very ironic to hear him blaming teammates for losing concentration when you think how many howlers he has made just this season alone. Pot kettle, kettle pot.

He should really keep his mouth shut

Yeah, no good at all. Worse is that he might have pi$$ee of a few of his teammates as well.
Them being against the manager is already bad but if they start to fight each other, then we will definitely be in relegation zone soon.

I think it's a general issue. I studied Psychology and I think it should have more attention in football.

Don't think Josh will be as patient as his dad. Arteta needs to get a grip. His defensive formation was not a good sign. He can go either of two ways. To go for it or whimper slowly into the night.

Here’s the thing, Arteta backed Leno over Emi Martinez so he should be default defend him. However by defending him like this, he also exposed Arteta for his biggest weakness so it could’ve been a dig at Arteta instead.
Management in football is not easy and Arteta is showing that, no matter how good of a coach he maybe.

Probably knows Arteta isn't getting fired anytime soon.

I think Leno needs to get his head down and work on his ability on crosses and commanding his area both verbally and physically.
I thought at the time it was a massive mistake to let Martinez go and I still think that.
