our fanbase on JA606 seem to have hoisted the white flag on Spurs winning the Prem, over the last day or two. Pretty poor show really when you consider Spurs sit 2nd in the table just a few points of the top, despite playing some very difficult fixtures.
I mean come on, if Spurs don`t have a chance of winning the Prem from this position, pre Xmas, when will they ever have a go at winning it. Even Man United fans, from their team sitting like 10th a couple of days back, think their team is in with a chance of winning the title. I like that they back their team. A lesson for us all I think. No shame in at least giving it a go, to aim high is something we should all be attaining to do. Never ever settle for second best in life that is my motto.
Anyway with that mind, I have looked forward to the end of January, and tried to be as fair as possible, and come up with a possible points total for the current top six at the end of that period.
Liverpool
Palace (A) D
WBA (H) W

Now obviously you have to allow for a one or two point disrepancy either way, but in general I think this is how it may pan out.
Table then would look like this at the beginning of February
Tottenham 47
Man United 40
Liverpool 38
Southampton 36
Leicester 36
Everton 35
Southampton 36
With the league looking like that, the game against Man United on 10th April, could be pivotal on who takes the title. The other top four places could be a bun fight between the other teams, plus one or two that may join the fray.
I like to think I have been very fair, but obviously some, I am sure not many, will disagree.
Anyway have a great weekend. COYS

Ffs Sandy I’m glad you were being fair!
You either very blinkered or just thick as feck if you believe those predictions!

Well as I said fella, we won`t know until the end of January whether they are correct or not. Then will be the time to judge, not now. You have fallen into the same trap as everybody else. Just be patient mate.
