To have Arteta (with no experience) manage a top club like Arsenal is a big mistake. This guy should have started is managerial career at a Championship team. This is Premier League where even experienced managers sometimes find things difficult.
Arteta can't develop or improve players. As bad as we were under Unai, he gave opportunity to Saka, Martinelli, Willock, Smith Rowe... and improve Iwobi (and we got 35M for him). Who exactly has Arteta developed or improved after one year in charge?
Is Arteta really a good coach?

He looks completely out of his depth, the job is too big for him.

I think he is and potentially a decent manager, even top managers with great CV's have gone to clubs and it's been a disaster. There's something in him but he can't turn this situation around and it's showing in his body language and demeanour.

Exactly. I think there is a good manager in there but he is clearly not the right man for Arsenal right now. The longer he stays the more damage he does to this club and himself.

What on earth has he done to convince people he’s a good coach?
And he’s not even that - he’s the manager is he not? There are differences between the two, and even then, what has he done to demonstrate he’s a good manager?

I think he is a good coach, just not a manager. I said this from the start, no matter who he was assistant to, where did all the other top assistant managers go and manage?
Paul Clement in the Championship or bottom of the PL at best with Swansea when he was at the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern.
Pep's previous assistant is currently managing New York City, not exactly top level football either.

Hard to tell if he is or isn't.
Most of your signings recently have been poor. Pepe, Lacazette, Willian, Luiz, are players you would expect more from what they have shown this season. The way you guys play doesn't even suit your attack or your main man.
Whoever you get in will need time and signings to turn this around. The problem seems to be that you guys keep making the wrong signings.

It is funny that people keep saying he's a good coach/manager and that he'll go on to improve. Apart from people saying it where is the evidence?
We took a gamble, it hasn't gone well, it's time to move on.
