Why are we so weak mentally????
Always the big games we crumble and lose it!!
I just can't believe it. Every season. Doesn't matter who the manager is or who the players are out on that pitch. If it is a big game, or we are in with a shout of achieving big success, a bottle job of epic proportions.
Too many 'non-smart' players? Dier, Sissoko, Aurier........
Bottlers!

What utter nonsense. So you don't give Mourinho any credit for when we beat as you say City, Arsenal and draw to Chelsea????????
But he is hopeless when we lose??????
Geez.

Yea, he did well in those games and has been awful in the last three.
25 points from 14 games is a pretty average return. We play awful football and if Son/Kane aren't on it we offer nothing.
He's doing a poor job with little signs of progress.

This has fack all to do with bottle. We were played off the park because we have a hopeless manager who is scared of his team having the ball.

Players like Aurier will always let us down, just when it looks like he has turned the corner and found consistency, he goes and gives away another brainless penalty.
Some of our players are just not good enough, we need a consistent RB and a footballer instead of Sissoko.

I tell you who is weak mentally. The OP, and all the melts laying into our team at the first sign of difficulty.

Don't think it's a mentality thing, think it's more to do with other teams have better quality throughout their teams/squads, than Spurs have.

It's a mentality thing in part last 2 weeks results have gone for us and it was time to step up and make a statement of intent and we failed(yes one game was away to the champions) but how often do we do that... Concede last minute goals.

This isn’t a mentality / bottle thing. It’s a tactical thing. We just don’t get out of first gear ever and out the opposition under any pressure. We very predictable in how we’re going to play. One dimensional.

Straight facts no 🧢
Theres been loads of games this season under "pressure" that we have won. You can't say we bottle it whenever we lose any game and say that "that was the first game under pressure and we bottled it". That term is thrown about too often by fans who don't understand football
