The modern game is about movement off the ball in the wide areas between the fb and cb. Martinelli does this and Willian doesn't.

there was such a contrast between how Martinelli played and Pepe... we were at different stages of the game but Pepe doesn't want to get close to the man he's defending against, just sits off and seems lethargic

I agree, Martinelli has changed the mood of the team, we have to look after him and Saka because the gap between their play and that of Pepe and Willian is a CHASM...😐
