That is a big issue, Tu. Saka is already being flogged to death, there needs to be some care taken. Both Gabi and Emile have suffered a lot of injuries in the recent past, plus they won't be on form every game. There needs to be some management of their development.
Hoepfully their performances will kick a few others up the backside, so when they are needed to come in they can do what Gabi, Emile and Buky did today.

Credit where it’s due, but why the hell did Arteta take so long to make these changes? It was obvious senior veterans just couldn’t be bothered. I hope Arteta learns from this awful period of mismanagement and turns the season around, because let’s face it he’s definitely not getting sacked now.

It is not like he hasn't chucked in youngsters before.
