West Brom and Wolves run it close, but taking into consideration the depleted opposition and their previous form, our gutless showing yesterday is as bad as it gets.
It's not going to be easy to turn that shambles of an effort around in just 48 hours, but we simply must.
Some pride needs to be restored after yesterday. COYBS

Despite all the attackers you bought your style of football looks worse than last year. I don’t know why Chelsea seem to be so insistent on just getting it wide and crossing it to forwards that aren’t very good in the air (Giroud aside).
-----------------------------------------------------
Without Havertz we've got more of a functional midfield than a creative one, mix in 433 with Kante at the base rather than Jorginho/Gilmour who can dictate play more and the ball's gunna be shifted to the wide spaces naturally. If we had a Barkley or RLC as an option that would add the variety necessary.
Loaning them both out was naïve, one fine but not both. Put too many eggs in the 4231 basket and went back on that less than a month later (which was the right decision). If we have the option to recall one we should exercise it next month.

Is it much of a surprise for you lot yesterday. As bad as Arsenal have been this season we just put in a performance yesterday that we expect to see every week. With that level of performance we will win more than we will lose.
From outsider looking in Chelsea look like a top 6 side at the moment maybe top 4. Your new signings haven't pushed you any further forward. Right now Havertz looks like a massive dud and Werner isn't much better they may get better but they don't look on it at the moment. Add in your manager who quite honestly shouldn't be in a job this size is another thing hampering you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry, but Arsenal were not great yesterday. Yes better, but not great. If you think you will win a lot more games playing at that level you are most likely gonna be disappointed.
Chelsea just feckin surrendered. Anyone would have beaten Chelsea yesterday.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well it really should have been 5-1 in the end. As Shearer said, we made you look ordinary.

I think we made ourselves look ordinary. If Arsenal suddenly start winning I'll reconsider, but as I said, I don't think Arsenal played that well. They were just by far the better team agst a woeful Chelsea.

Whilst I agree that that result will mean nothing if we don’t win our next few. The introduction of Martinelli and other hungry youngsters have made a big difference in terms of energy. Even in the first half against City the other night their was effort there. I think we pressed you well and stopped you playing, this is a Chelsea team that could score gone 2nd in the league. You were strong favourites.

It doesn’t look creative with Havertz in there either. Going wide all the time isn’t actually a bad thing, it’s more that the combination play doesn’t look that impressive, it’s just get it wide and cross.
I guess the issue last season as well was that you were so often having to up the tempo in search of goals due to how vulnerable you were at the back.
You look more solid and controlled, for the most part, but less attacking and more boring. I said last season you were like a shiiiiit version of Klopp’s early Liverpool team. Now you’re like a shiiit version of Liverpool’s cross merchants.

Werner doesn’t seem to be very good technically. Also quite small in stature, seems easy to push off the ball and lacks composure in front of goal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We've actually got about three player in this category....I wouldn't say Werner is one of these though
Been saying for a month or more how flakey some of our players are...
