As we approach the end of 2020, I would like to just point out why it may be destiny that United win the title in 2021. This is always good fun and something Liverpool fans went way over the top with about Istanbul in 2005.
SINCE THE YEAR 2000 every year ending in 1 has seen United claim the title...
2001 Man United
2011 Man United
2021 Man United ?
In 1996/97 Liverpool led the league table on New Years Day with Man United in second place, but that season Manchester United won the title. Liverpool will also be top on New Years Day 2021 with Man United in second.
Is it written in the stars?
