Matip
Keita
Gomez
Probably need replacing right? No doubt about their abilities but their resilience is woeful. The way klopp plays we need players who can cope with the demands. No good having fantastic players if they can hardly get on the pitch.
Imo klopp has some thoughts to assess regarding the transfer of players...heres a grenade; I think Salah should be sold and go all out for mbappe!

Keita needs to go. Without looking I think he is our 3rd highest transfer fee ever, with that will be huge wages. Hes is doing absolutely nothing to justify those wages.
Gomez and matip are fine. Matip just cant be relied upon as 1st choice. Someone should be coming in to fight with gomez for the space beside vvd and matip can be 4th choice.

Ah just go full on city and buy 500 mil of defenders
If we can buy mbappe and headland according to some why not

Clear we need a CB , recognise the club want someone who is part of a strategic plan but we need someone now . I am honestly shocked that we haven’t sorted something eg we could have got Dawson who is doing a decent job at west ham . Someone like that would be perfect to play alongside fab for a few months .

I.think naby keita is one the biggest flops of modern day liverpool ...
52.7 million ..and the guy has barely even played 6 straight games in a row ....and is constantly injured ...
I heard he was quality but this is 3 straight seasons ..

I have no issue with them having a strategic plan. Od just like them to bring that plan forward 6 months. You have to imagine a cb will be 1st priority in the summer so why not now. I also appreciate times are tough financially due to the pandemic but with the right cb we could very easily yet still win the league and champions league. The money from that would pay for the transfer. Nobody across the entire of europe is pulling up trees at the minute. I genuinely feel that 1 signing would make such a difference.

I agree and that’s what we should do, guess my issue is that if they can’t do that doesn’t mean we do nothing ! Honestly a CB will give us the boost that could lead to a real chance in league and CL

i've been a big backer of kieta since he was in germany and when he plays he always makes liverpool more interesting to watch.
having said that i don't think he has played 6 games in a row yet. that's unacceptable. if he was available your last 4 games you'd probably have won at least a couple of them.
the minute you let him go is when his injuries will suddenly stop.

I think he's just a bit lightweight in terms of pain just like sturridge.

I said this. Some players' resilience were in question before they were bought which now can be seen as a mistake. Even the Ox had well documented past injuries. Bit of a blind spot from Klopp it seems.

Ox had his knee ripped to shreds making a tackle.
That could literally happen to anyone.
people need to separate muscular injuries from impact injuries. they do not necessarily follow each other (although poor rehab can lead to imbalances and strains)
If a player has a history of muscle tears and injuries imo stay well clear.
If you hear the word hip in any of their medical history run a mile.
