Is he gone tonight then, with a bad result? If Chelsea lose then they'd be 5 points off Liverpool who are 4th, having played a game more. I understand there's no 'one game from the sack' talk, however Roman is ruthless and has sacked winning managers for similar shortcomings. If Liverpool were to overcome a tricky fixture with Burnley on Thursday, you'd be 8 points off top 4 and potentially 7 points from 5th.
Tonight will be Chelsea's halfway point of the season. Will Roman not think by acting now and getting Allegri he would rescue a top 4 spot ahead of maybe Leicester or Liverpool? He's ruthless remember.....
Could Lamps go with, say, a poor display and 3 goal defeat??

I do chuckle to myself when peopleand the media go into an absolute frenzy the second Ole loses a game. Immediately there are idiots demanding his head and calling for him to be sacked, but when Lampard is well adrift of the top 4 the media say nothing. When Klopp is on the verge of falling out of the top 4, again the media say nothing.

People like Lampard and Klopp are so 'in bed' with the media that they never get proper criticism. Lampard's ex teammates are all over Sky and BBC, whilst Klopp has his army of soldiers: Carragher, Redknapp, Murphy, McAteer, Sourness, Owen, Lawrenson, Thompson and many more ready to drool over him.
