What you've done for the future prospects of this club will always be respectfully and proudly remembered.
Unprecedently shattered the pathway barrier between the academy & first-team within a short space of time (changed the culture)...which the predecessors were too gutless to do, had any of them still been in charge would have set the club back years into chaos and ultimately oblivion with their strategies, habit of buying experienced (mostly) middling player and short-termist approach.
Thrilled that you made sure Neil Bath' magnificent efforts over the past decades didn't go to waste and rescued the club from any further damage & despair caused by the predecessors.
Laid the foundation to galvanise the club, sustainable progression and attract the right personnel/profile
All things considered, your time here was an unequivocal success in my eyes

We were top of league in December and rebuilding.
No loyalty or patience at board owner level.

It was the correct decision, I can see that despite hoping he could still turn it around.
It's the Chelsea way and no-one is exempted , besides the policy has worked wonders , so why change it.

Players have been a large part of the problem...haven't turned up in too many games, but he needed to go as he couldn't change that fact
