All of the academy graduates involved in that goal...retaining that slick synergy is imperative.
Stick with the lot of these standout academy core, they are the way to go (in any system).
Don't waste them, dealt a good hand!
Continue the marvellous groundwork and pathway Frank set in place.
Play your cards right and...
- Unsung 💎 Tammy can be your much better version of Aubameyang.
- Gilmour can be your Verratti.
- Hudson-Odoi can be your Ousmane Dembele (minus injuries) or
better yet Neymar without theatrics (the one to build your team around, cream of the crop Callum' prodigious talent, elite speed of thought and mindset merits that).
- Mount can be your upgraded version of Gundogan.
- James can be your Dani Alves.
- Christensen can be your Marquinhos or Kimpembe (minus the rashness).
Tuchel, you've seen the previous match...

Tuchel has a reputation for giving youth a chance so we should be okay on that front, especially since many of ours are pretty established anyway thanks to Lampard.
Tuchel was even the guy who brought Pulisic into Dortmund’s team at about 17.

He will also have a remit to get top 4 this season or else. In the past tauch a remit has hampered young player development.
Hopefully, it won't be the case this time.

It is good that Tuchel does have some history of bringing though youth and I hope it carries on. Not just the confusing development of those mentioned but also hopefully still considering the youth players coming back from loan next summer and those in academy right now.
But in terms of the currently established youth players I think they’re all ‘safe’. Perhaps the ones most at risk of having their gametime significantly cut is Tammy? I’m not saying it’s definite and I hope it wouldn’t happen as I rate Tammy but I could see Tuchel preferring Giroud’s experience. However, given that Giroud is likely to leave in summer I don’t worry about Tammy’s long term chances. Even then there’s still an argument that Tammy suits Tuchel’s high energy football much more.
The only one who may not play that much for the time being and I hope he doesn’t get too much criticism if so is Gilmour. We have lots of midfielders and Gilmour is only just stepping into the side, I don’t think any manager would suddenly be using him anymore than Lampard did. I don’t know why a loan isn’t a good option for him in the meantime, like we’ve done successfully with so many other youth players. Give him regular gametime, allow him to make a stamp on the style and position he has (I still don’t know if he’s solely a deep midfielder or capable of playing more advanced). He’s turning 20 this season, it would be wise to avoid a situation like RLC, of a player coming into his early 20s with minimal first team experience because we didn’t want to send him on loan for the sake of it

I also think Mount could be seen as not quite the key player or first name on the teamsheet he is under Lampard. Still a first team regular of course but not on that level.

I can confirm unlike Sarri, where you clearly didn't do your homework , you should like Tuchel mf. The kiddies won't be left behind
Fact similar to the Jorginho/Kante thing with Sarri, I'm looking forward to any doubters in the fanbase seeing Mount's value a bit more clearly when it becomes apparent Tuchel also thinks he's a great player.
