Get him in on an 18 month loan and hope the new Chelsea manager doesn't fancy him, buys another full new team of midfielders, and they let us take him back on the cheap at the end of the loan. Wishful thinking, but wouldn't be the first time Chelsea have let a top class young player leave on the cheap.
