Over the past couple of weeks, probably months, the amount of time I find myself sleeping is less and less. Its down to 3-4 hours now, and throughout the day I find myself coasting and reacting slowly to events around me.
I've tried sleeping at a set time, but doesn't work. The slightest noise seems to wake me up and then I can't get back to sleep. I don't feel comfortable in any positioni sleep in anymore. I've tried camomile tea, and not using the phone or computer an hour before I sleep, thicker curtains, cutting down on tea and coffee, etc. And not sure what else I can try. I don't want to try sleeping pills. I've not been to the doctor yet. I don't want to tell people around me, as they have enough problems at the moment.
Has anyone else had sleeping troubles and managed to "fix" it?
If so, how?

CBD oil if that's legal across the pond. A lot of the older execs here in the company take those

I looked at all the comments and not one person suggested CBD oil? That's the best thing you can take. It works for pretty much everyone. Have a look into this.

It is legal. Holland and Barretts do it. You can't go over the legal requirements of course, but I think it's about 0.4%. Minimal but does the trick.
