Hopefully Tuchel will get the best out of Kante, which Lamps, Sarri never did.
He is not an out and out DM (like say Makele) as the so-called experts labelled him. So far, he has never excelled as the DM in a midfield three.
He was all at sea positionally (though I am not saying he cannot learn).
But his energy, engine and pressing are wasted if he is a fixed DM.
TT realises he is at his best pressing and recovering the ball in a double pivot.
Remember how good NK was playing alongside a more static no 6 such as Matic under Conte?
Tuchel said: “I think he is the strongest in the double-six, in the centre, the heart of the game.
“For me he is a double-six because we can use his energy, his range in his game, his ability to recover the ball.'

Kova is currently & consistently our best player after Mount
Even Jorginho under TT seems to have got his act together
Don't know where he uses Kante currently

Not for me anymore, everytime he plays we lack control of midfield and possession, been a terrific servant for us but we really should have taken Inter s money

Surely he still has a role to play on the counter turning over ball in dangerous positions and feeding pulisic and Ziyech?
Maybe in a midfield 2 as Billy’s minder when Jorg/Kova axis needs a rest

Of course he could still have some role to play but if we are still receiving massive bids for him, well, each year it becomes more like we should probably accept those bids.
