I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, ENIC out.
As long as we have these people at the helm, we’ll always have a p|ss poor team. We’re just not on the same level as the other top clubs when it comes to transfer activity, the results and dusty trophy cabinet doesn't lie.

Absolutely, 100%, I`ve been banging this particular drum for many years.
We need a Cityesque style takeover, its the only way we will ever win anything. I for one, would love it if that happened.

Not gonna happen though is it.

Agree that it’s unlikely, as its profitable and that’s all that matters to the owners. However, there’ll be some US or Middle Eastern suitors who would happily buy our club. Why not? Best stadium, training ground, huge fan base. The foundations are there we just need owners that want to take this to the next level and less focus on balance sheets.

Always said I want a billionaire to take over, not that it will happen, but you can always dream. Only way we will be truly successful. This method has won us nothing and will win us nothing

Yes we have, one who’s happy to watch his team be filled with second rate players over the years.
A billionaire who allowed his club to furlough 550 non-playing staff to save a few quid during the pandemic. Some billionaire owner we have. They’re a bunch of tight f|5ted, profit grabbing c#%^*

In fact in all my years, I don’t think I’ve ever seen an image of Joe Lewis at a Spurs game. Probably never even been to the new stadium. I suppose he can just view the numbers on his laptop in the Bahamas.

You know what I mean. I mean an oil tycoon in the City/Chelsea mould. Not some old haggard 90 year old sitting in Bahamas doing nothing

Imagine being a 90yo billionaire and not splashing the cash.

This may be controversial but I can’t see an Arab takeover happening, due to the Jewish links with the club
But I can see an American one for sure, NFL links now etc
But Villa showed that doesn’t always work out so well

I have little interest in an American owner... it will just be a 'soccer' club to them and will be all about revenue. basically not different to now...
if we want a takeover would need to be a young ambitious type who has too much money and just wants to splash some of it for his enjoyment. like abramovich.. but without the caaantiness
