If you watch it he was hoping to - after losing control and sliding - to block with his head, whilst sprawled across the dirt. Comical and awful in equal measure.

Hard to take because in his first season I thought he looked like having all the raw attributes of a top CB. Can’t stay on his feet, unless that miraculously changes, we need shot.

On Hugo, he has had a dip in recent weeks having arguably been our most consistent performer. I wouldn’t doubt he has one eye on PSG in the summer for one last move home.

Sanchez is ridiculously lightweight at times for his size and build. I think even Winks bullies him in training. To think that City's front line is made up of shorties makes it all the worse.

We've given this guy enough time now. Get rid.

As a GK, the more shots you face, the more mistakes you are likely to make. Our defence is so shiete, Hugo has a massive workload to deal with.
He still makes plenty of top class saves in amongst all the errors, but at his age, surely now is the time to be searching for his long term successor. Pope from Burnley perhaps?

The problem is though, we have skinflint owners and we have more urgent areas of the team that need improving before the GK, such as RB, CB, CM and possibly a LB.

As it stands, we need:

At least 1 x upgrade at RB
At least 2 x upgrade at CB
2 x upgrade in CM
1 x upgrade at LB (hopefully Sessegnon replaces Davies).

That is potentially a hefty budget even with Skipp and Sess returning, and I have little faith ENIC will find the funds required.

All depends on our next Manager.

If they are obsessed with playing from the back, Pope is not the fit.

If they are happy to mix it all up, then I think he is the man.

We, as a club need a direction before we sign players, as we have a dead man walking

Should go for a full English and get Potter in while we're at it.

Hugo has been a great keeper for us, however he has always been weak at near post shots. Plus I also think he has week hands and often ges to a ball but it almos seems to push his hand aside!🖐
