Which of these will happen first?

Has anyone noticed that world football is now not at an all time low and that City aren't top because the rest of the league is poor and that Bayern are good again?

What a turnaround.

What's clear is that some people will say anything.

One of 3,4,or 5 will happen first.

How many titles have City won, 6? So it's going to be at least another 20 years before they get to 19, and that's if they manage to dominate in the way United did with Fergie for the foreseeable future.

United are on 4 European Cups. It was almost a 10 year gap between their last 2, and it's 13 years and counting since their last, so again we're talking potentially decades. Of course they might go and do a Zidane if they have the right manager or players but it doesn't look like happening any time soon.

Any of Spurs winning the league, Arsenal winning a European Cup or Everton finishing with CL football could easily happen within the next 20 years.

Chelsea 2016- finished 10th, on 50 points.
Leicester 2017- finished 12th, 49 points behind the winners.
Chelsea 2018 - finished 5th I think, 30 points behind the winners.
United 2013 - finished 7th, 22 points behind winners.

Personally I see 5 happening first.

With the money Moshiri is spending I would think Everton will have at least one season in the champions league proper in the next 6 years.

A few results different this term and it could already be within touching distance.
