Overall reasonably pleased. There were positives and negatives to be taken from the game but what did please me most was the way we didn't look outclassed technically by a very decent Serie A side. Outstanding in the first half where Kayal and Wanyama totally bossed the midfield and our defence looked solid for the first time in a while.
the shoe was on the other foot in the second half where the Italian's who are currently sitting joint top with Juventus, dominated possession even if chances created were about equal. A fair result and when you consider Celtic had 6 first team players missing and a bit of a patchwork team out there it was a result which did our club and our nation's reputation no harm at all.

the worst italian side iv ever seen they couldnt pass water, i lost count how many times their players fell just before recieving the ball, the last 5 or 6 minutes they looked not too bad

They left a few players out tonight but then again we had commons brown izzy missing which is massive for us
