Morning all ☕️
So how are we feeling after last nights performance, fellow Spurs fans?
A lot more confident for the up coming game or not?
We all know they tend to raise their game against us so it will be a tough one and one that we need to win I think. A draw won’t be good enough.
The team should be a bit more confident, key players to come and I think Reguilon could feature?
Coys
Bubble burst?

The football hasn't been turgid everything.
It hasn't been recently and we didn't start the season that way either. it was only as we went into that run of tough fixtures that it became turgid...we've struggled find a balance since but I think we are looking better now. More pressing more movement. It was noticeable how infrequently Toby et al kicked it long in recent games, keeping the ball instead. Also how much more we've pressed the opposition. loads of room to improve but signs are there IMO

Lloris
Toby Rodon Tanganga
Doherty Hojbjerg Ndombele Berg
Bale/Dele Kane Son

I can't think of a game where we've looked good with a back 3. I'd play Reg against the Spam even if it's a risk.
Hugo
Tanganga Toby Rodon Reguilon
Hojbjerg Ndombele
Lamela Dele Son
Kane
Would be nice to see Bale in for Lamela if he's fit enough.

I noticed that yesterday we played a back 4 on paper but in possession Doherty was really high and Davies and Toby as wide CBs

Agreed about Doherty. He was very advanced and interlinked with Bale. Involved with that first goal> Meanwhile Davies was 10 feet from Lloris

Dammit. Yeah I saw the news that he'll be fit for Wednesday maybe.. it does kind of limit us to the same formation. I'm hoping it's Jose mind games. Bergwijn at LWB is definitely a bit rogue!

Hahah well the Jose thing of one attacking full back and one defensive and that.
I think we will go lamela and lucas like prior games though tbh

Just saw this tweet
Daniel Levy feels sympathetic towards José Mourinho and will not make a decision on his #thfc future until the end of the season. It would cost around £30M to sack the head coach. [ESPN]
Sympathetic? Some might argue where was that sympathy when Levy fired Poch?
