What you gave to remember is that, results will differ at times and players and managers will come and go. Good and bad ones.

But, your club will still be there like it always has been.

I know most of you on here are in agreement, but Liverpool have vene superb the last few years. I mean literally the best side in the world!!! You can't come down heavy after 2 season of dissapointment. The manager has earnt the right to be given the benefit of the doubt at the very least.

I wouldn't even be suprised if you won the CL. But if not, you'd still start next season favourites or 2nd favourites for the league

This bell's argument falls down at the most basic level because it is a circular argument.

He is claiming that top players won't join without CL football and then saying this is bad because it will prevent us getting CL football. How did we get CL football in the first place? Either we had top players joining us before we had it, or we were able to get CL football without top players.

We are having a horrific season and all we can do at this point is try for top 4 and the CL. Hopefully we will have fewer injuries (we are now down by 5 first-choice defenders and subsequently 2 first choice midfielders, along with another 2 backup midfielders and a borderline forward which is 9 players). I dont care how many people try to dismiss this as an excuse because that just shows their inability to think. A study in the NFL showed that it isnt an injury to your first-choice player that causes big issues - it is subsequent issues to the 2nd and 3rd choice because when you have to start playing 4th and 5th choice players they are never going to be as good because no quality player will sign to be 5th choice.
