then sign someone who likes to defend and organise the back line. dont have to be a blockbuster name(not like theres any out there available)

Rodon should be starting as doest choice imo, I know his made mistakes but is clearly a much better player than Dier. As for whom we could get its gonna be hard work, the chances are we will have no Europe next season so we have to be realistic in whom we go in for.

For me it's no good going overseas I'd stick with proven PL players.

Vestergaard is very underated as is Mings imo.

I would go for Dunk and Mings. Problem is both have signed new contracts recently, and Dunk is already 29 so would only get about 3 good years from him.

I don't disagree, but Jose should be taking more slack for the CBs. He chops and changes them week after week. They aren't organised and that comes down to coaching. It's not like he is working with D2 CBs. He's working with 4 full international CBs. He should at least have them organised better.

A lamp post would stop more goals than Sanchez

Dier definitely needs to go. Sanchez is still fairly young. I would use all the young CBs now, Rodon, Tanganga and Sanchez and try to get the best out of them. Toby has been a great player, but clearly past his best now.

I like a bit of European football, not fussed whether it is CL or Europa. I quite like the Europa. But a season out of it could be good. Spurs have had a very tough schedule this season with the Europa.

Tanganga and Rodon are promising enough to get significant minutes, and Alderweireld isn't so far gone that he can't still play alongside them. Sell Dier and Sanchez and get one more commanding, slightly older established CB to play alongside the younger pair - Tarkowski perhaps? Trying to be realistic here, not just suggest fantasy names
