I think these are the most glaring weaknesses in our team and with some decent recruitment in these areas, I believe we will be close to competing for the title. How would you rank these in order of which we should address first?

I get that but it was still a lot of money to spend, especially if we do go and get Sancho too. When the squad needs imrpovements in a few areas, potentially buying 3 player for 1 position when all 3 are of a similar age would be a bit silly.
Also, the Diallo and Pellistri signings seemed to be a panic reaction to not getting Sancho in the first place, had we managed to get Sancho then I highly doubt we would have both those 2. I assumed Sancho is a lot better on the right and wasted a little on the left?

Not really. He's actually arguably better on the left - which is important too. We really lack on that side when Rashford doesn't play there.
I take your point about financial restraints this summer, which is why I think only a max of 2 of those positions in the OP will be filled. And looking at potential options i think a winger is likely to be one of them.

Money won't be that tight, the market will adjust and you'll see some good business for players with a year or two on their contracts.

We still need a lot of work on the squad, which we probably won’t get done this summer. But a right winger is a must. It’s criminal how we’ve neglected that position for so long.

This Brighton are better than Man United thing really has to stop.
Enough now.

We've just spent 37m including add-ons on Amad. Clearly the club have high hopes for him. We also have Greenwood, James and Pellestri.
Don't think RW will be a priority at all this year.

And then we’ll go into another season with a lack of quality on the right hand side.
I’m talking about what the club should do, not what they will do. Everyone involved have shown themselves incapable of building a quality squad.

This is my order.
The need for a centre-forward really has to be something we rectify at the end of the season, if we are to win the Premier League.

You're missing the biggest glaring weakness... Carrick and McKenna. Get rid of these novices and Ole may have a chance.
How is it possible that Brighton look better than us going forward?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Goals scored
1st Man City 56
2nd Utd 53
16th Brighton 26
Quick glance at the goals for column might help you out here.
You're talking nonsense

Forgot to revisit this thread.
We have more goals than City... amazing.
Something to gloat about when they lift the prem trophy having played attacking/attractive football all season.
9 of those goals we scored were against 9 man Southampton but all of that is irrelevant though.
You're either playing dumb or you're just a bit thick if you don't know the difference between playing within a clear and definable attacking system and just scoring goals from a schit load of penalties and individual skill.

The most glaring weakness is our manager. You can spend all the money you want, but with the gulf in class between Ole and great managers, we are always going to struggle.
United and City have both spent around 500 million on players in the last 5 years.
The gulf in football is huge.
