Should of put a buy back clause in the Martinez deal. I just don't get why they didn't say to Martinez your number one when the season starts then its up to you to keep it. I don't see why he wouldn't of accepted that.

Priority is a manager who:

1. Learns from his mistakes and not make the same huge ones repeatedly all season.

2. Listens to and accepts input from his players even when it's contrary to his own thoughts.

3. Recognizes the limitations of a player and doesn't try to force something that just cannot work.

4. MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL. Turns up only wishing to manage Arsenal FC and Arsenal football and isn't on some hell bent mission to completely redefine them in his own crappy image.

This season, the problems in the Arsenal team are almost ALL problems of Arteta's own making. Ones he could have solved already if he'd just stop trying to change EVERYTHING about AFC. The tactical approach istelf, was NEVER the problem before him. Just lacked certain players to make it solid and secure. So why on earth he felt the need to change the Arsenal way, when he now blatantly DOES have the players to do it solidly and securely, I really don't know. When it ain't broke, don't fix it. He's the tinkerman from hell.
