If it were up to most of our fans we should keep persisting with this PT teacher of a manager till 2023 or whenever his contract ends because apparently he is "one of our own" and that is the "club's philosophy"
Can anyone for a second imagine the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich or Real Madrid ( The only 3 clubs we should be competing against) going on such a horrible run since 2013? No way. There would be protests and riots in the streets of Madrid or Barcelona if such gross incompetence continued to persist.
Somehow our boomer fans think it is a badge of honor to not adopt a policy of hire and fire. Well guess what it's the only thing that works in the 21st century. Can you imagine absolute donkey's like AWB, Fred, Dan James being signed by Munich or Barcelona? Even if by mistake they did no way such Sunday League level players play 40+ games a season despite being found out.
Our fans have absolutely zero standards and the more we persist with this attitude the more we will be like Arsenal ( look at them. They are a joke). It took protesting by our fans last year to sign Bruno. There would have been riots had we not signed Bruno who somehow single handedly is carrying us for the first half of this season and even he has gone off the boil.
I don't care if you think Real Madrid or Bayern Munich fans are spoilt. I would rather our fans be spoilt and demand the absolute best than hold their d!ck$ in their hands like our boomer fans are doing rn. Raise your bloody standards. Protest, boo, whistle, carry black flags or whatever your color is. Fight for new signings and management. Else be ready to face consequences like Arsenal. The likes of Darren Fletcher being promoted is the first step towards that.
