the thing about atkinson is he has a chip on his shoulder and thinks he owes nothing to anybody. he can take an attitude to go after someone like mane or luiz or just ingore everything depending on his mood.

That didn't really get the credit it deserved.

I think it’s wrong to criticise referees, but, Moss is in a category of his own. Dreadful. His decisions at times, boths in our favour or against us, results in me stopping watching the game which he had just ruined by his decision.

He has to realise - he’s not the only ref to fall, gloriously into this category - that fans watch football to see the stars of the game, to be entertained, not to watch the ref.

What was the name of the clown who did that more than most. Final game, I think Norwich was involved. Apparently took a bow at the end of his last game. Had completely lost the plot, to the extent that you felt sorry for the idiot? He appeared to be of the view that the fans had come to see him and not the teams playing football. Deluded with intent.
