Jota or Werner

Ye your first comment may have been light hearted and jokey but your second (which I replied to) said "The signing has not in anyway helped your defense of the title" which isnt just a simple fact but a value judgement. The signing of Jota has helped our defence of the title but losing all our CBs to injury just outweighed that. Our slump from top of the league to 9th was when he was injured. He's back for 3 games and we are 2 points off 4th. Just admit he's had a positive impact. I'm happy to admit the fact we have not defended the title (even though that wasn't what you said.)

And not sure how you can post a comment telling me to go enjoy the sun - ironic?! But as you are concerned for me I was sat in a queue for the recycling centre while I replied so didn't waste any of my day

Yep

SWTN, ultimately alkost every conversation on this place is a pointless discussion (it's a football forum at the end of the day). But if people are going to come on here and discuss like we all have chosen to then you have to accept other disagreeing or in this case, pointing out when the things you say are making no sense. You obviously think you were just stating a (pointless) fact that we bought Jota but didn't win the league. However, the actual words you used said something very different which doesn't hold up to scrutiny. This may just have been a mistake or you meant it and are now trying to backtrack on the point since you've been pulled up on it. Either way, accepting your error would be a lot easier than this whole rigmarole. Just some advice for future.
