If does leave then we should go all out for Kane. A top quality CF cannot be underestimated in terms of his worth to the team.

Has been poor in recent weeks but was excellent today.

If he could stay fit I’d certainly keep him.

Agreed but I don’t think he’s been fit. Was coming back from injury and looked rusty. Apart from the first ten mins his touch and link up play was superb.

What Cavani shows is we are FAR FAR better with a proper CF in the side.

This. Get Ole a good center forward and I think he challenges for a title.

This team hardly creates chances, so any CF will end up starving to death in the 6 yard box.

Before today we were level with Spurs on chances created who park the bus and 5/6 chances ahead of Villa who have an average squad.

Keep him if we can, 100%

Or Larson in his stint, both were brilliant at advanced ages, purely down to being super intelligent forwards..not enough of that type around these days unfortunately

He makes a big difference when we are playing against teams that sit deep. He won’t be able play every week so he should be rotated based on the opposition. Rushford and Greenwood can start against opposition that plays with a high line like Leeds,While Cavani is better utilize at breaking down stubborn defenses.


Extending his contract is a no brainer IMO, His attitude is top class and He is great influence on our young forwards

Fitness permitting you can get another 4 or 5 top notch seasons out of him as our #1 CF. That's more than enough for me.

Rotate with Mason, let the kid develop and eventually oust Kane, the perfect scenario.

I’d absolutely keep cavani if we can. Clever movement and link play. I like him
