Has he nailed down the LWB spot now? Looks like he's turned abit of a corner under Tuchel in terms of delivering what he wants in the last couple of games. In general I think he's been a good signing since the summer and can see him improving long term under us. What's everyone's thoughts on chilly?

As wrighty said on motd got done for the header, no better than trent at defending yet like the rest doesnt come under anywhere as much scrutiny for it.

I've always liked Chilwell. Decent player.

Yeah he's been fine for most the season. Anything was an upgrade to Alonso tbh.
I've been happy enough with him. Struggled a bit after the injury and also under Tuchel to begin with.

Yes, I don't even want to hear the argument of Alonso being used due to his "aerial prowess".
Chilwell is just as strong aerially, ok got beaten by Benteke but he got a nice run on him and those are anomaly'.
Chilwell wins aerial duels more often than not, strong part of his game.
League objective has got to be overtaking Leicester now.

He's been better than I expected and not at the same time
Kind of reminds me of Bridge. Bit of a jobber who looks very good when in-form, otherwise decent.

Overall he’s been ok. He’s about what I expected him to be after an initial two months where he exceeded my expectations. Kinda ok, decent, not standout, not terrible. Not worth £50m but also not a flop. A tiny part of me still wishes we got a similar standard of player for cheaper or just went all our and got a world class LB but oh well, still decent signing, improvement on Alonso which is vital.
Harsh to blame him for the goal. What went wrong as no one took responsibility to close down Schlupp. Then it was just a great cross with a perfectly timed run and header from a striker who is excellent at heading. Not much Chilwell can do.
