his whole demeanour is wrong...players don't believe in him, he doesn't believe in himself

just keeps managing because people keep paying him to do so

great managers learn to move with the times, he's stuck in the past and never had to rebuild any side because hes out of there when it goes wrong

Thing about Jose is that he is totally predictable wherever he goes.

Different clubs, with different players, but you always get the same old Jose.

I’ll admit I wanted Jose to be our manager once SAF announced he was leaving up until his 3rd season with us.

The reality is that he’s yesterday’s man.

Also the theory some have that he wasn’t backed properly is utter nonsense.

You need to pamper the players this generation. The no nonsense stuff isn't going to work when people are more sensitive to criticism
