The timing and rearranging of this game has made me seriously question the priorities of whoever is in charge. Look, it's very sad that someone has died but it's not just football matches arranged, it's businesses that have struggled for 13 months unable to open on a Saturday afternoon, when they would have seen massive increases in footfall and revenue but they can't........
The screws are turning in a deeply disturbing way, quietly, inexorably and scary way to push Derby into a morass of self-doubt and self inflicted danger of being dumped into the third tier. Inquests have been held and questions have been asked have but the truth is we have not performed even the talent we have available. Added to this is the farcical take over bid from a 29 year old with no visible backers and one of his named associates claiming he has nothing to do with him. Getting bad vibes - big time - over this.
Nathan Byrne should be up for game time on Friday but it seems that Lee Gregory is done for the season. Matt Clarke is a doubt (i.e. won't be playing) along with ____________, __________, _________ and ___________ (insert names as you see fit).
Blackburn are still in danger of being dragged into the quagmire and certainly will not be doing us any favours. They have been grinding out a few results to keep treading water but I expect a stern test at Ewood Park.
So, 6.00pm kick-off, on a Friday - I'm not even going to attempt to work out what time that is for Dixie.

Morning after view :
Well, its actually the afternoon after the game. I was in a fed up state this morning.
We must've had what 6 good chances last night and generally played well. I can forgive Wisdom for slipping leading to their 2nd Goal...but the first was shocking. Surely the Management must instruct the team who is supposed to be picking up who in the opposition - and Clarke would have been the logical choice to stick with Gallagher on dead ball situations. But no he has a free header and scores.
I could go on - but no point....you all saw it yourselves.
Plus side I liked Shinnie (my mom) and Bird last night. Thought Ckr was a logical replacement for Sibley when he came on....but was it a penalty at the end ???? We've seen them given and it would have been justice on us to get something out of the game I reckon.
I still think 2 wins isn't beyond us...but hey.... we're Derby fans....we're used to this by now....

Wayne Rooney confirmed that Teden Mengi has been ruled out for the remainder of the season through injury, and will return to MUFC today.
Martyn Waghorn has recovered from a hamstring injury and will be available for selection on Tuesday.
Beni Banigime's injury is still being assessed and Wayne remains hopeful that he'll feature before the end of the season.
