Free market if the "big" six want to go and play Harlem Globetrotters football let them.
Just so long as the existing governing bodies make it clear they can't also play domestic football. Oh and all the players be ineligible for internationals.
And if you are a fan of one of these six businesses and are against this plan vote with your wallet, make it clear no more season tickets and no more shirts or other merchandise if this plan goes ahead.
If they still want to go well, the title says it all.
Oi you six! Get out of my sight.

If the 6 are kicked out of domestic football then it's over for the PL.
------
Same argument Rangers used when they were getting kicked out the Scottish Prem and they were also wrong.
Newcastle, Leeds, Everton, West Ham etc have plenty of fans to be going on with. Even if it means Premier League TV money by an unknown percentage I'm sure the clubs would learn to cut their cloth accordingly.

Things change it's the way things go in the natural world. Evolution in the making. The best of the best facing each other every week is such a deliciously tempting prospect for me and everyone else in the football world. It's gonna happen, just a matter of time despite the outraged luddite type reactionaries .
They accuse the clubs of "greed" , but its the FA and UEFA who want to maintain their wealth inducing power over the game.
Bring it on I say!

20 odd years ago Chelsea and City were 5hit, and the likes of Leeds and Newcastle were the top teams. So your post is BS.

Its good to know your past, but the future is what we all vie for.
-----β----------------------------------------
The future brings us closer to death. Can't stop that. Sometimes I wonder what it's all about really. Four score years and ten. By the time we retire we are too knackered to do anything. Sorry to be morose but this could also be the death knell of football as we know it. Going to take up fishing instead.

I'm going to switch to the women's game as far as possible. I love watching comps of Vivienne Miedema, anyway.
The future is a product of the past. We can't blindly forge ahead when the ideas we build the future with are pieces of propaganda designed to entrench the present.

Noises are that the clubs involved will be banned from all domestic competitions. Their players banned from internationals.
The ESL will be like the Chinese League and the way the U.S was a few years back, some 30 something technically gifted players getting a pension with the numbers made up with 6, 7 or even 8 sub championship quality journeymen.
