Just got off of a conference call with my senior leadership team. The reason I have been AWOL for so long tonight is because the Q1 figures were not what I expected and behind the curve. I try not to rule through fear but threatening people’s jobs gets a real message across.

And to top it all off I have another conference call at 5am with Gibraltar so need to get some sleep.

Here I am, up for an hour preparing, for the 5am Zoom call with my team in Gibraltar. One of them is yet to join the call at 05:03 so I am going to sack them.
