UEFA won't sanction anyone this season. If they do, does that mean PSG win the CL now? They're the only team in the semis who weren't involved in this. It decimates their current competition.

Well it would be up them to prove that they hadn't already organised it. I imagine UEFA would claim they hadn't, so they had contravened the sole responsibility.

Like I said, it doesn't matter anyway. Nothing will happen. It will all be swept under the carpet until next time.

Technically it hasn't been organized yet. The ESL statement showed a clear intention to work with UEFA to organize it.

You can argue the initiative wasn't UEFAs but the law says actually organize a competition.

Yes, but in the current climate what makes you think that UEFA would work with them? Could EUFA afford to be seen to be cowtowing to their needs, their demands and still retain legitimacy?
