Biggest winners after the ESL saga?

So now that the European Super League is dead, who do we think will come out as the biggest winners when the dust has settled?

Man Utd have got Woodward our, and the Glazers are on a tightrope
Liverpool have forced out American owners once before and could easily do it again
Spurs got rid of Jose (most likely not ESL related however) and Levy might have to fall on his sword
Arsenal can return to fighting for a top half finish
Don’t think much will change at City or Chelsea

Thoughts?

The Glazers on a tightropeThis situation only exists in your mind. Got rid of Woodward though so a minor win off the back of a major howler.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s interesting that you’re underestimating fan power after the last 48 hours
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Set a date, when will they be out?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How the feck do I knowwhat a stupid question.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You seemed confident i thought i would test how confident.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I said they’re on a tightrope and not to underestimate fan power. How is that confident? Even if I was, I still wouldn’t have a date and it would just be an opinion

Biggest winners are every single professional European club outside of these 12 clubs.

The likes of Deportivo, Everton, Ajax, Celtic, Lisbon etc etc., who can aspire to play at the top table.

Make no mistake, this is not about saving the CL or PL, this was about safeguarding the integrity of the sport we all love.
----------------------------------------------------------------------Absolutely this, however still doesn’t look like they’ve scrapped the idea completely - reshaping the esl I can see them coming back somewhere down the line with a relegation and promotion included
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In response to their departures, the Super League announced early on Wednesday morning it is considering "appropriate steps to reshape the project".

Sounds like they will be back ^

It was your opinion i was asking for.

Did you think i thought you worked for the club and could set me a date in stone by when you would drive them out.

I don't think i'm underestimating fan power either, i think you're underestimating Glazer greed.

If we are really honest, Its UEFA, keeping their 50% of the TV money (the real cause of the whole issue). While they are evil, they are less evil than American club owners and certainly more reasonable than the farce that is the Real Madrid President.

With any luck, the sponsors refuse to back them without the English teams and Real Madrid get a quick lesson in Business 101. You do not spend more than you make.

Biggest winners has been clearly been traditional, (match going) supporters, or should I say the newly called 'Legacy Fans' who these owner are running scared from.

The next move has to be to get these weasel owners removed from our clubs... and if it was ever in any doubt the way to do this is to hit them where it hurts with organised and direct action against their money making cash cows.

That will mean that as a stakeholder supporter, withdrawing all cooperation with the owners. Not renewing Season Tickets is a start if you haven't yet and not attending matches when we are allowed back in.

We have some power. We just need to harness it successfully and in an organised manner. But we will need to strike while the iron is still (white) hot.

I expect the Glazers to fill Woodwards position with one of their own again, someone with a business background not a football one.

Probably just going to have Joel Glazer even more involved.

so the biggest winner is martial?

I guess we will only know if and when punishments are dealt out tomorrow.

Have a feeling we all might get booted out of next season's CL/Europa... But maybe they (UEFA) are also gonna cave, knowing too severe a punishment will only get them rethinking the super league again.

Im not sure how much affect refusing season tickets will have, will they not just be snapped up by someone else or sold on a game to game basis to sponsors (rich d*cks with no morals)

Would it be any better to sign up for season tickets but just not make the payments? It would probably just delay the same outcome. Ive no idea, just trying to think of something that would cause more disruption to them

Busineses are there to make money...what exactly is so shameful about this?

What is the difference between the FA, UEFA or any other professional sporting body..? They all aspire to maximise profits..not that I think there's anything wrong with that. When Football became professional, it was always going to be about money.

Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs fans are pushing for new owners. This is one betrayal that can't be forgiven.

City and Chelsea fans can't afford to have any morals. That's the sorry state of being artificial Tinpot clubs. 😂
