Incredible statistic I have just heard on the BT Sport's highlights. 😲
I knew he'd not been pulling up any trees in the goal scoring stakes but didn't know it was quite that bad. He was terrific in 2nd half though as were most of the team. Be nice to see that Paul Pogba turn up more regularly.
Pogba's first goal at OT in 2 years

It would be nice. If you think Paul Pogba had turned up enough for this club over the last 5 years then you're the one with the problem.
I am so harsh on him because I expect so much from him. He's got the talent to be whatever he wants to be but he has just left me so disappointed as a Utd fan all too often. Not today though it has to be said. He was great second half.
I want to see that performance 7 or 8 times out of every 10 games. I don't see it sadly.

can't you find something else to whinge about for a change? or save the whinges for when they're deserved?
you have a genuinely unhealthy obsession with pogba, must be eating you up inside that he's played well recently.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well my opinion on him is in line with most of the former players who are now pundits. He's consistently inconsistent.
Wish he'd play like that today far more.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, the same pundits who turn a blind eye on Rashford and Maguire’s atrocious performances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Rashford has been very sloppy on the ball a lot but contributed 20 goals and 13 assists this season. Probably puts him top 5 in the entire league for goal contributions.
It's called delivering.

The brilliant and collective way Bruno, Pogba and Cavani played tonight has exposed Rashford’s immaturity and his eagerness to shine individually.

Spent a fair chunk out injured tbf

He did last year but he still played 23 games last season.
He's always going to be an enigma. Unplayable on his day but that day doesn't come around enough sadly.
Bruno again tonight with 2 goals, 2 assists and could have had 3 more too but for wasteful finishers. If Pogba had the same attitude as Bruno he'd be a much better player.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He plays on the wing and in a deep double pivot.
The one and only time he played as an attacking midfielder during Ole's first half season, he scored the most goals, assisted the most goals and created the most chances in the team
His attitude on the pitch and in the training ground has never been in question by anybody who plays with him or coaches him.
Please stop these silly myths.

Just a reminder of his stats during his only half season playing in the final 3rd, centrally.
Most Goals - 16
Most Assists - 9
Most shots on target - 50
Most take-on's - 60
Most fouls won - 69
Most Chances created - 55
Most possession won - 218
Most passes into the final 3rd - 321
Most duels won - 234
If you want similar results Ole should actually play him alongside Bruno centrally. If he's playing in a deep pivot then judge him on other areas of his game.

It's a bit strange to bring up the inconsistency thing when Pogba in the midst of his longest run of consistently great form. Also to compare him unfavourably with Fernandes when he has been outperforming Fernandes lately. Also (as others have pointed out) to point to his goal contributions when he has played a lot of games in roles where he's constrained by defensive duties. And just think what the relative goal tallies would be if Pogba was our regular penalty taker this season, rather than Bruno.

I heard the same and my reaction was of surprise also.

This team don’t need Pogba’s goals. This team needs Pogba to dominate the midfield and provide killer passes that leads to goals and assists. He has been doing it consistently this season.
There isn’t much of a correlation between his performances and goals because his role in the team is not of a goalscorer. He is having his best season at United imo, regardless of his goal stats

We don't need to compare team mates. Pogba, on form is a top player.
Marcus on form is a top player.
Neither are Mr. Consistency, but over a season deliver what they need'
I've never understood fans keep picking on a player, with the exception of if they don't try.
