Reckon he sidelined Azpilicuta and Rudiger too early. I love Reece James but I think Azpilicueta gives us a lot of things whereas Reece's physicality is his best attribute.

gotta mention Azpi as well he used every breath he had. Great captains performance.

So happy for Mason as we love him for his efforts with us but pound for pound Kante is such a joy to watch for the neutral.

Well done lads! It sounded great on the radio. Mendy made some fine saves but Madrid just weren’t in it by the sounds of things. Loads of chances.

Very lethargic display by REAL. Wondering how they even managed to make the semi-final. It certainly looks like the PL is the best league in the world at this point.

Impressed is an understatement. Who could have seen this a couple of months back? Lampard built the squad but he was nowhere near this. The progression of the players under Tuchel has been incredible. Rudiger is a star, surely we can't lose him. Azpi and Kante have returned to the top class players they were a couple of seasons back. Havertz is starting to look good. And Cech deserves top credit for scouting Mendy - he's an absolute steal. We lack a finisher but the future is bright: I am a little worried we won't finish top 4 as I see West Ham pushing us out by a point but there's no doubt we are getting better.
