I have been unabashedly Artea out for a few months. Not knee jerk reaction but watching what he does week in week out.
The rotation every game...in positions we don't need rotation and overplaying other players. Dropping players who just had good games and playing favourite like Bellerin and Willian regardless of how bad they were. Different formations, no intensity or hunger. Slow labored buildup. Late subs even when you can see it is not working 10 minutes in. Players like Martinelli and Reiss Nelson not getting game time.
Watching Man City and Chelsea players run themselves into the ground in the CL and then watching us put in that scared performance...Arteta is in over his head.
People can blame this squad...yes we are not a great squad at all...but we are playing WELL below the sum of our parts. This squad should be competing for top 4...not necessarily getting into top 4 but fighting for it. I do not believe West Ham, Everton, Spurs have a better squad than us. We have just been well below par.
Arteta out. Kroenkes need to sell tomorrow as they are the cause of this disgrace.
Welcome to my world

It's clear other than the younger players that the rest don't rate Arteta. Hope you keep him.

I don't know if this is true but if it is, could it be because the "older" players have experienced other managers and can make comparison?

Also because most young players are just buzzing to be playing regular first team football and aren't going to moan / haven't developed the arrogance to.
If you ask Reiss Nelson though he'll probably have a different answer. Granted he did very little when given minutes this season he can surely offer more than Williscam - even if it's mainly just raw pace.

He should be sacked for awful Saliba decision a player better than Holding and Luiz.

The only reason I can think off after all this time to explain why he keeps playing out poorly performing players or favourites in place of performing players is to build enough evidence to get rid of them in the summer… and that’s a stretch.

I wasn’t in favour of Arteta being appointed, but I was willing to give him a chance and accept this season might not be great as it will take some time , but I was expecting at the very least that we’d see some consistent performances and the basis of a system that works and one that can be built on. But we’ve had nothing of the sort, apart from fa cup run, and a handful of league and Europa performances, but nothing has been built on that, and overall we have regressed and look far worse than when he joined. I get the players aren’t all good, and we have issues with attitudes and so on, but some people act as if they were almost relegated under Wenger and Emery. Yes they’re not top 4, but mid table certainly isn’t the limit of their ability. Lots of those players would get into Villarreal side
There’s huge issues at this club, but it’s clear Arteta can’t get any improvement from the squad, and what evidence is there that if we back him and sign 11 new players that he will do well with them. It’s not like we can sign him 5 world class players either, they won’t have much more ability than what we have.

It's a tough one for the club, changing your manager probably won't change a great deal anyway, as it isn't necessarily down to solely the manager.
Having said that, I think your squad would better benefit from somebody who has a little more pressing intensity in their games as that would suit the likes of Saka, Martinelli, Smith-Rowe etc.

This article touches on why he won't work out.
I wanted him to succeed...I really did. I give all new managers a year to prove themselves. Not just by results...but by a pattern of play...statement of intent.
16 months of Arteta and I don't know how we play tactically. The only consistency is in how poor we look and how conservative we play. We rarely let the players just play and take the game to other teams!
