..cannot play Reece AND Nat vs them. They have too much pace, I'd play Nat with maybe Fabinho...prefer him in mf obviously but what choice do we have!

Surely he wont want to rest players knowing a defeat hands city the league?
We all know its citys but im sure he will want city to win it, rather than it coming from a united slip.

He’s already said he’ll have to rotate because the schedule means we’ll have three games in five days.

Yes rotate fair enough. But rest everyone as was stated in the comment i replied to?

Wouldn’t surprise me if we make eight or nine changes. Ole already said it’s not his problem if it causes problems for teams chasing the top four.

I expect him to make at least 8 changes to the team that played today to what will face Leicester. Top 4 is in.bag for them. They not winning the title and will love to get us not reach top 4.

They still have to play the delay city game out of ego.
Irrespective of what they do today they have about 20 hours plus a nights sleep less preparation and not that many "real" options. I am quite happy to have the little bit extra preparation time and that will do. Wanting them to implode is nice and all that but we have to do the job ourselves.
Utd will rotate for sure as the Europa final is the goal. having a tired out team for villareal would be a disaster. However, its still a game every 2 days and still no training time, all going to be on the bench etc etc etc. I will take having Sunday to Wednesday to try prepare the team for a big game.
I would expect them to bench fernandes and stick him on tuesday night for example
They have to rotate but if they fold v leicester the title is city's and nobody will want that so I expect a relatively strong team.
example is maguire out = lindeloff in.
If they pick 11 kids then they break the premier league rule plau they will be handing the title off.

It'll be a weak team tomorrow and I reckon Leicester will beat them, even if they make changes too. Then their strongest team will beat us. Any slim hopes of top 4 will be over before this week is out.

Hope so. I'd play the under 19s against Leicester if it was up to me.

People are so negative.
The facts are utd preparation o matter what side is played is disrupted and they have one less day between weekend games and thursday as well.
If lfc cant use that to their advantage they dont deserve to win it anyway.

We won’t play 11 kids, but there’s a good a chance that we play a second string 11. Delaying City’s title doesn’t really matter. Ole’s duty of care is to his own players, if that means changing the entire team then he will.
