Here's what I would ideally want in the final.... i'll let you two decide if this is championing mediocrity.

That’s my favourite lineup, provided that Rashford’s form allows it. Otherwise, he will ruin every single attack with his poor decision making or his tendency to go alone, rather than pass the ball.

Well, no he shouldn't, but he probably will.

But it's not difficult to spot that Rashford has no other role than a utlitarian bench player - and there is nothing wrong in that.

Nor should United's most useful player be wasted on the left. Pogba is just about the most creative/destructive player at the club. Why lose that.

I do prefer United to play with wingers, but if the club only has utilitarian wingers then that luxury may need to be missed until ........

Bruno and Rashford are the big reason we are having a good season. Just look at the goals they have scored and created. Both have over 35 EACH.

Feck me. Amad? I hope he turns out to be a gem, but he's only played a handful of times for the first team. Rashfords averaging a goal involvement every 111 minutes this season despite being injured. Amad likely won't get near that for a few seasons, if ever. Give your head a wobble.

I guess you conveniently left out the fact I have made several articles and posts calling so called "white" players like Dan James and Lindelof as Championship level which they are.
