I read that the Telegraph said he is replacing Romero since he is off this summer. No idea why he needs replaced unless Grant is off too.

Be a great No2 if he stays fit.

Although a downgrade on DDG, and probably Romero too.

Last I heard Grant was set to be released at the end of the season when his contract expires. And Romero will surely go so Heaton will be just a replacement for those two.

Bringing the academy lads back. Good plan

Decent pick up on a free. Saw some rumours we’re after Sam Johnstone. If we sold De Gea could end up with three keepers from the academy in the squad.

I don’t think you really can replace someone like Lee Grant tbf

He’s a very good keeper. Not against this at all. It will be interesting to see if it’s to replace Grant and Romero or De Gea?
